1 General Terms & Conditions

Tq99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "tq99") is an online betting service provider operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tq99 and its members.

By using any of tq99's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to tq99's website, mobile application, and all related services. tq99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version published on the website will be considered the governing version.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. tq99 always interprets these terms with the best interests of its members in mind.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at tq99, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.

2.1 KYC Verification

Tq99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. KYC must be completed using a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact tq99 support immediately.

3 Payments & Withdrawals

Tq99 accepts all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (may vary depending on payment method)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• No service charge applies to deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

Deposits cannot be reversed once completed. If a deposit fails to arrive due to a technical error, please contact support within 24 hours. tq99 will review the evidence and take the necessary action.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at tq99 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members one time only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x) must be met.
• Bonus validity: 30 days from the date of issue.

4.2 Other Bonuses

Terms for reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and referral bonuses will be stated individually with each offer. tq99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or attempting to withdraw bonuses through low-risk bets — tq99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5 Betting Rules

All members must follow the rules below when placing bets on tq99.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds on live betting may change due to network delays. All bets will be settled at the final confirmed odds.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be void and stakes will be refunded.

5.2 Result Determination

All bet outcomes will be determined based on official results from the relevant international sports authority. In any disputed case, tq99's decision is final.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳10,00,000. This limit also applies to combined winnings from multiple bets placed on the same event. tq99 reserves the right to verify any unusually large winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tq99:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to exploit odds errors or system bugs.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Opening an account using false identity or misleading information.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by tq99

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or security threats, tq99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. Before closing an account, tq99 will inform the member of the reason and give them an opportunity to respond — unless the situation involves an urgent security concern.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be deemed inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts are subject to a monthly service charge of ৳100 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower.

8 Responsible Betting

Tq99 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We are committed to the well-being of all our members.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Through self-exclusion, you can suspend your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
• If you are struggling with problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to seek professional support.
• You must not allow anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your account.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Tq99 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. Our data collection, usage, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your data is used solely to improve our services and maintain platform security.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• To view or delete your data, please contact our support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

Tq99 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Errors or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Account credentials compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a fault on the platform's end, tq99 will provide appropriate compensation or resolution.

11 Changes to Terms

Tq99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of tq99 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please request account closure.
